"It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. "The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great. "
