"Me encantó el hotel, la ubicación. Tiene supermercado, lavandería, farmacia y restaurantes en el mismo edificio. La estación del metro Yamanote que te conecta con muchísimas otras estaciones, está prácticamente saliendo del lobby del hotel, por el tercer piso. Definitivamente si regresaría. "

"This property is extremely clean and looks amazing considering what you’re paying. Room sizes are ample and not small which is a common concern when visiting and booking in Japan. I did find it strange that the staff stated they were booked out for the weekend and couldn’t extend our stay but I was able to book an extra night via Expedia for very reasonable rates."

"The food for morning breakfast was very good. The set lunch meal was a really good deal. We had red wine beef and it was yummy. Not too much furniture to store clothes but that's only because we stayed there for 10 days - wouldn't have been a problem if our stay was shorter. Our room was very clean and well maintained. We saw big tour groups come in to the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet but we found some very reasonable and tasty restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the convenience of getting to and from the Tokyo Big Sight location."
