"This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved to wake up each morning and to the beautiful mountains. The room was also clean and the staff helpful. However, the rooms and hotel need to be updated. It had a very old vibe and there was only one outlet in the room by one side of the bed. We had to take turns charging our phones. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower stall even smaller. All in all we would come back because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay and all was good. One suggestion is the 2nd bathroom should have a mirror and electrical plug for a second persons use. It only have a commode and sink."

"Gorgeous hotel! Relaxing, peaceful, and luxurious with gorgeous views of the town adn mountain! Conveniently located next to the Murren Train station. Would def stay there again! Also, the hotel staff were very kind, and helpful!"

"We enjoyed access to town, breakfast (which was great), and the views of the mountains. Staff was helpful. It was a bit complex to manage having no staff at the hotel. It was owned by a sister hotel and we needed to go there to get more information and meet our needs."
