This condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, private covered balcony, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (50-inch in living room) DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two King, one Queen-sized bed, one Twin-over-Double bunk bed with trundle and Queen sleeper sofa. Common area amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with swim-through to interior pool (excluding October-April when the indoor pool is heated), indoor/outdoor hot tub, outdoor showers, two elevators, on-site gift shop, lounge, and restaurant, and covered parking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
