You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Sunset Square 104 L

Private home just a quick walk across the street from the beach and located in

a small beach neighborhood made up of 17 homes that share a nice community

pool. This beach house overlooks the pool and it's the closest to the beach.

There is parking and a picnic table under the home. After a day at the beach

throw some burgers on the charcoal grill and gather the family around the

picnic table for a feast.



This home is about a 13 minute work (0.6 miles) to the Pier at Garden city and

Sam's Corner. You can visit other local shops and restaurants in same area.



When it's time to unwind, both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The bedroom

facing the beach side of the home has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a

bunk bed with a full on full bed.

The company itself was wonderful to deal with. Very friendly ans

The place was great, clean, great location! The appliances need to be updated. The microwave works but is extremely loud. The coffee pot works but is extremely old. The TV did not work/flickered on and off the entire time which made washing TV not possible. The response time for a new DVD player was excellent! People were friendly. Highly recommend the location of the house and the company itself. I will use them again for my Disney vacation!

Great Location

Sitting on the deck watching the ocean in the early morning just a few short steps from the beach! This location is amazing.

The house is a great location and having the pool located off the front deck was a bonus. There was a couple maintenance issues we spoke with the property manager about but overall it was a great stay.
