Something special is coming to the south end of Garden City Beach.

Introducing Second To None, a brand-new luxury retreat nestled between the ocean and the inlet, with incredible water views in both directions and beach access just across the street. Set in one of Garden City Beach’s most desirable locations, this home is being designed to be every bit as impressive as its surroundings.

Working with renowned local interior designer Salem Designs, the owners are creating a stunning coastal home filled with beautiful finishes, thoughtfully designed spaces, and plenty of unexpected touches. From the private pool and heated spa to the sports court, fitness room, game room, outdoor bar, fire pit, and more, Second To None is being built for unforgettable vacations with family and friends.

Enjoy the quieter south end of Garden City Beach while being just minutes from the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, Garden City Pier, waterfront dining, and local favorites.

Construction is underway, and this is only the beginning. Stay tuned for progress photos, design reveals, and even more surprises as Second To None comes to life for Spring 2027.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool heat is available for $600 + tax (April 1-May 31, September 1-October 31). Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures (day and night) are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

Pool & Spa Heat Disclaimer
This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. For the spa, this is not a stand-alone hot tub, it is part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues. If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
