PRIVATE POOL
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
