Welcome home! Sweet Home Carolina is the newest addition to Garden city Beach! This beautiful, classic, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom beach house, which has just been totally remodeled, is only 3 houses away from the Yucca Ave. beach access on the Garden City peninsula. Staying here gives you ocean and marsh views from both the front deck and the upper rear deck. The house is a short 3 blocks away from the Garden City pier and all the stores.

Lovely location, great communication with owner!

Loved this property and the location was perfect. Quick 1 min walk to the beach and a few blocks to the garden city pier. Owner had great communication and made sure we were happy and had what we need the whole stay.

Great Stay!!!

We could not have asked for a nicer place. Proximity to the beach and stores was a plus. The house is in very good shape, and we had no issues that were not immediately addressed. The owner's response and communication was excellent! The only reason for 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was only for sand (which can't be helped at the beach). We would stay again.
