Visit Links and Shore Villa, a Tupelo Bay Golf Villas to experience both beach and golf resort amenities galore! One mile from the beach! Expansive views of the golf course! This spacious unit has 4 bedrooms/3 Baths that are perfect for families. After exploring all that Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach has to offer, retreat back to the villa for fun and games. Bumper pool, card table, a 4 foot Connect-Four game, and other assorted games are provided for your enjoyment. Guests have access to all the amenities of Tupelo Bay including: gym, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par course, seasonal miniature golf (and ice cream parlor), disc, and foot golf. The three par is lighted at night! Complementary golf passes are available for weekly and monthly stays. Coupons available for stays less than seven days.

It's only a 3 minute drive to Garden City Beach with free parking or take advantage of the seasonal free beach shuttle service.

-THE CONDO-

This Step-free unit is on the 2nd floor. Loading luggage is a breeze using the provided luggage carts and elevator. Free parking. 2336 sq. feet

Bedrooms: In total--4 bedrooms, 9 beds, to accommodate up to 12 people. Primary King bedroom has a golf course/sunrise view. Sunroom has been converted with 2 twin beds (trundle), a desk, and TV with HDMI cable to utilize your own gaming system. 2 bedrooms offer Queen beds. One of these queen bedrooms is set up for families with children with an additional trundle bed that can act as either 2 twins or an over sized queen bed. The queen bedrooms have pocket doors to separate them from the main living area providing quiet and privacy. An additional bedroom offers 2 twin beds.

Kitchen: Fully equipped. 12-cup coffee maker, espresso machine, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, slow cooker, griddle, toaster, bar seating for 4

Spacious and Open Floorplan

Overall wonderful experience! This home was “very accommodating” and well-suited for our family vacation. The only recommendation would be for the cleaning company to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the dishes, plates and silverware prior to another family coming in! Outside of that…you can’t go wrong booking accommodations at this property! Convenient location to the beach, food and entertainment. Will definitely consider returning for future stays!!

Pure Perfection

Girls Trip - party of 8. The check in process was quick and easy. The condo location is perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The place was spotless- I mean spotless!!! We had zero issues. Spent a day at the pool talking with some of the residents, they were so friendly. Highlight of the trip was John (from Boston) the shuttle driver. He rocks. What a great guy. Extremely helpful and so nice. Our trip was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back again.

I would add just a couple of points: Number 1, the rugs in the living area and entrance way and kitchen did not lay flat, had large folds that we tripped on periodically. I think it could be a falling hazard especially to elderly people who may have walking issues to begin with. Number 2, the thermostat was difficult to operate on the cold mornings when we needed a little heat in February. And 3, seating in the living room was not the most comfortable. A bench seat with no back, a chair in the corner which was awfull, when we had people over visiting. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. It was clean and new.

Awesome rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids under 5). We never felt like we were on top of each other or in the way. It is just a short walk to the pool/fitness area or a short golf cart ride to the beach entrance. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing day and night. Rose Real Estate was great to work with. They answered the phone promptly and when there was an issue with the wifi, they got it fixed right away. The only thing I would say it needed was the first bathroom needed a little better clean. It was still pretty sandy and dusty when we got there. But other than that our stay was really great and I would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach in the future.
