Garden Sands 201 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo 0.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier, across the street from the beach. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a private balcony.
