"We're so happy with our stay at this hotel particularly attentive and friendly staff all of them. Also well worked high - tech facilities. A fly in the ointment was no tea and coffee facility in our room. We had no doubt we didn't have them as it is essential in the UK. A bit disappointed."

"Absolutely one of the best stays ive ever had! Location can't be beat with easy walk to Edinburgh castle Grassmarket etc the hotel is spacious clean and staff are wonderful! So helpful and friendly as the Scottish are! I loved the amenities- the bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer with all the attachments diffuser AND a hair straightener! Theres also a portable steamer for your clothes AND the mini bar is free! Haggis chips and cider yes please. Will defo be back xx"

"The location of the hotel was perfect. The view of the castle from our room was breathtaking. The hotel was the staff could not have been nicer. We had breakfast (buffet) - it was delish. I would recommend upgrading to a room with a castle view - it is 100% worth it. Looking forward to going back to Scotland - will absolutely stay at this location again."

"Virgin Hotel Edinburgh is the place to stay while visiting this city! It's location on Victoria Street is central to everything and in tbe heart of the town. The customer service in the hotel is outstanding, truly white glove. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible."
