"We stayed here after a concert downtown. The staff were very friendly even at 12am. I felt safe leaving my car in their parking lot because they gate the property at night. The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked out the staff were so kind in providing recommendations for us for the day. We took them up on their suggestion of “Lola’s” for breakfast and it was delicious! Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Seattle! "

"For a budget motel it fit the bill: it was clean, the beds were good, the staff was helpful, the bus to downtown was a short walk away (5-20 minutes). As a budget motel it didn't have the "bells and whistles" of a fancy-shmancy $$$$ hotel downtown, but, if you wanted those things, then you'd be willing to pay $$$$ for them. "

"Although this motel is outside the city core , it was easily accessible by public transit. Very limited restaurant choices. Bed was comfortable, the desk clerk, Dorothea, was very friendly and over all, I would recommemend this motel for a short stay. There is an upstair level of rooms with a staircase access. "

"There was a coffee maker in the room, but just 1 pack of coffee, but no selection of teas. I went to see if the desk clerk had tea . He looked all through y he breakfast suppliers which were haphazardly organized, but found none. There was coffee available in the lobby the next morning, but no stir rods or utensils to stir creamer in the coffee. All else just fine. "

"Columbus Motor Inn was exactly what I was looking for. While other hotel rooms in the area cost $200-$300, I stayed at CMI for less than $100. Prostitutes worked the sidewalks a block away, but the parking area was very well lit. The room itself was old and tired but comfortable. Everything worked and I never felt unsafe. The guy at the front desk gave me accurate and helpful advice about local transportation. I would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a nice, clean, quiet hotel. Very basic, but I just required a clean room without any loud noises or people. It was very quiet, the staff was nice and helpful, and I slept great. Checkout was easy and I got my deposit back immediately. This has not been the case at other hotels I have stayed at. If you are looking for value in a nice location close to food and shopping in walking distance this is a great option. If you want a fancy hotel this will not meet your requirements. "
