"Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. There is sink next to coffee maker. However not a lot of counter space in the bathroom so plan accordingly. Small bottle of drink upon check in. They have martinelli apple cider as non-alcoholic option as well. I was in Seattle recently for Alaska cruise and stayed here pre and post cruise. They offer $10 shuttle to cruise pier, you just have to let them know the day before your embarkation day so they can put you on the list. No shuttle from pier to hotel, but you can prearrange Uber or ask the shuttle guy if they offer pick-up, or utilize Seattle taxis. Actually booked a hotel near Pike Place for post cruise but switched here for a number of reasons: - on-site laundry (coin and app operated, though looks like they will transition to app full time soon) - neighborhood. Space needle is about 10 min walk from the hotel. Safeway across the street, tons of good food nearby, and safer area to walk around in general compared to Pike Place (esp at night) Also, if you're here post cruise, they will gladly hold on to your luggage until the check-in time (while you go and explore the city or something). Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area."

"Dated hotel, showing its signs of age. Very noisy - our first floor room near the entrance had an approximately 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door where all of the noises from the hall could enter our room. There are arguably better options nearby, though cost more."

"I was in the city for four days and three nights!! They never cleaned our room or changed our bed sheets………. The whole entire time we were there. I had four people in our group. So I called down to the front desk for more towels and to let them know that our room was never made up. They said we only do that every two days. We have already been there for two days.So on the second night we were there I asked for more towels to be sent up. They never brought the towels up that evening and that morning I called down to the front desk about the towels that never came up the night before. He said it would be awhile before he could bring them up. I had to meet some people at a certain time. My mother-in-law was coming up to the room. She was getting onto the elevator and he goes in there and says are you going to such in such room? She said yes that he just hands her the towels and runs off the elevator never says anything else. The breakfast was $22 and it was not worth $22. I was supposed to have complementary breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Negatives: The parking garage was hard to navigate with our SUV. Very small entrance and parking spots. The elevator was a very long wait - only 1 for the property. Positives: The staff was amazing, the room was very nice, and the food was great. Location was wonderful, we walked around and saw a lot of really great things. Even though there were downsides, we would go back again!"
