"The only logical concern for this setup would be inconsiderate other guests that you have being loud or obnoxious at night, we are very lucky we did not have that. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was quickly responsive over text with any questions. Was nervous at first being our first time in Seattle but everything was great. So easy and great for the price. "

"The listing says 2-bedroom home. It does have 2 bedrooms, but the space is an updated basement apartment. Each room has a window well for light. I would not call it spacious, but it does have adequate room for 4 people. One of the bedrooms is very small, just a little larger than the bed. The decor is modern and very pretty. There are outdoor steps going down to the entry, so this would be an extremely difficult property for someone with mobility issues. The steps are somewhat steep with wood...
