"Drove an hour into the mountains to find the hotel was shut down.Telephoned the number on the booking form to find the number was discontinued.Drove for another hour down the mountain to find a hotel with a vacancy.First time we have ever experienced such poor service.A deposit had been paid and we are now hoping for a full refund."

"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"

Nuitée agreable
"Nuitée très bien dans l'ensemble. Chambre propre, bien décorée et soignée. En terme d'équipement, je dirai qu'il manque juste un porte serviette près du lavabo pour la serviette des mains, malgré celui au dessus de la baignoire (question partico pratique). Un petit bémol sur la chasse (problème de réglage ou de fuite) signalée le lendemain matin. "
