The staff is super friendly, the breakfast delicious and our room was clean.

A simply wonderful stay!

Clean, well located. Corner rooms have wrap around terrace. Deluxe room has no true closet and bathrooms are not true rooms - more like glass booths. Overall good but minimal. The sole lift was incredibly slow, even the door! Mostly used the stairs. Good coffe bar and common area.

Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

Great place to stay.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
