"This was a great place for my kids, family and I to visit AR and go diamond mining. The creek out back was also great and the kids spent a few hours down there, while we were able to sit up top on the back deck and watch them. Would visit again for sure!"

"Cleanliness is our top priority! This house passed our inspection!!!! Very peaceful and as advertised. It is very close to Crater of the Diamonds and a little over an hour to Hot Springs. We didn’t eat at any of the local restaurants. In Hot Springs, we ate at Rocky’s Corner and would definitely recommend for pizza and pasta. The only small challenge at the house were the beautiful, vessel sinks being on the tall vanities. It made washing your face and brushing your teeth a tad challenging. Thanks for advertising your property accurately! It’s a beautiful home, with everything you need."

"We love this property and have visited it multiple times over the years. They have made some very nice improvements, adding multiple layer decking so you can access the river. We just love it. Not far from Mt Ida where we live to go digging for crystals. The inside of the cabin has been updated with new beds and frames, which made us very happy. The inside of the cabins is always very clean and inviting. Be prepared to eat outside, as there is no table inside, only counter space. The outside is a different story. The new deck is amazing, but it was very dirty and covered with spider webs and tree droppings. I sent a message to the owner, as we could not even use the outdoor furniture. He said he would try to get someone to come clean it, but no one ever came. The toilet in the largest bathroom runs constantly and has for years. It is irritating at night when you are trying to sleep. Overall, the location is just perfect to get away and unwind. We caught Trout, Crappie, and Sun fish in the river, right off the deck. It would be nice if there were a few steps off the lower deck to get to the water so people can fish. They used to have a canoe that we used and loved on the river, I would suggest bringing one, as the river is very calm and relaxing. If they cleaned the patios, I would give this place all 5 stars. We will visit again and we will continue to love it."

"Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. The cabin is the same but it beats messing with a tent, your covered from the rain and the price is right. We enjoyed a nice campfire both nights, it was quiet and niby bothered us. The guy overseeing the place was even nice when I had to call him at 7am to get back in my cabin after showering and locking the key inside while doing so, lol. The main downside I see is the "permanent" residence that seems to be living there and have crap all around their campers, however they don't bother you it's just an eye sore. It's close to all kinds of food places and stores. Just needs a bit of a facelift but like said the price is right, just don't go in expecting a bunch of stuff. It's a rustic cabin. Have fun!"
