"This property is located on the beach, and is within walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. it is clean, and seems to be brand new. The breakfast that is included is very generous and has a wide range of delicious options. Most of all, it is the warmness of the staff that make this the best choice on Avşan Island- they were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. "Property is located on the quiet side of the island in Yiğitler. Busses run through there so getting to the center of town is not an issue. Staff was excellent, view from the room was very good. Room had a few issue but they attempted to correct it. Everything is a comparison so this is not as luxury hotel but maybe better than other hotels specially in this area."

"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. There was a lot of banging early each morning.
