"The Duxton surpassed all expectations from the get go. The service across all areas of the hotel was impeccable, the room was amazing, we never waited longer than 30 seconds for the elevator (and we were on the 12th floor), the Concierge went out of their way to walk us to the bus stop to make sure we went to the right one, all front desk staff were attentive and no request was too difficult. All the staff at the breakfast buffet (which was great) were all lovely. Can't fault the hotel."
