"Lovely rustic well equipped apartment with large terrace and fantastic views across to the hill town of Seggiano. Shared garden and pool area but space is quiet and was never crowded. Pool is large and terrific for lane swimming as well as cooling off. Only a short drive to Montalcino and Montepulciano. We really loved our stay!"

Immersa in un bosco della maremma toscana, lontana dal frastuono e dal turismo di massa, ma comunque vicina e a pochi minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare i più bei paesi della Toscana e a pochi chilometri dal mare (18 minuti di auto per arrivare alla spiaggia libera, compresa quella per cani). You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that!...

"Der Aufenthalt war recht gut, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Richtungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Küche ist im Anbau , fand ich ,da ich gerne koche, richtig gut. An die schmale Wendeltreppe gewöhnt man sich schnell, aber ich würde mal die Duschwände austauschen, die schiebetüren sind mehr für schlanke Leute ausgelegt. Mit Bauch einziehen klappte es aber. Es gibt einen kleinen Einkaufs-Laden im Ort,...

"Thr place was great, exactly what we were hoping for. We used it as a base for exploring Tuscany, but the rest days spent there were glorious and the host was attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend."
