"We booked the house for the hot tub but didn't have access to it - were told to go to the river instead (9/10 pm!) The kids were VERY disappointed & wanted me to mention it. And the fact that there's nowhere within 25 mins to get bread etc. We did have a fantastic holiday regardless however. The river, that was a 5 minute drive (the walk is way too much in the summer heat - it's very hilly), was extraordinary. "We stayed in Berlou for 10 days and it was as gorgeous as we had hoped and was pretty much as Irina has described in the property description. We had asked for some extra photos of the inside of the house and I actually don't think that they really did it justice. The house was beautifully cool with high ceilings, it felt very spacious (although there were only 5 of us), was clean and was quite simply decorated.
