"The hotel which is an old palace had charm. It was also walking distance from all major sights. What we did not like was the size of the room .We could not open our suitcases. Also, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator. We had help bringing up our suitcases but no one to help the day we checked out. Staff was nice. Felt we overpaid for our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They let us store their luggage before checking in and after checking out so we could explore Venice! The young woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed the cappuccino and fresh cake. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet! I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Great facilities and an ideal base for visiting Venice A fantastic resort with a real Center Parcs feel, offering loads of amenities and plenty to keep everyone entertained. The accommodation was a good size, providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The coach service into Venice was a real bonus, making it easy and convenient to explore the city without the hassle of driving and parking. Another big plus was that the resort was dog-friendly, which made travelling with our four legged companions much easier. A great option for combining a relaxing resort stay with a visit to the wonderful city of Venice."

"Absolutely amazing stay in Venice!! For a city that can be quite expensive accommodation-wise, this was such an amazing deal! The room was cleaned and bed made daily. Beds and pillow were suppperr comfy with hotel grade linen. Shared bathroom was luxurious and large, with rain forest shower head and gorgeous luxe products, also cleaned daily. Staff were very kind and generous, let us store our bags a whole day extra as our flight was in the evening. And breakfast was included!! Full english with deli meats, sweets, coffee and juice! Decor and interior were beautiful, classical italian/ venetian features with simple traditional antique furniture. Some other reviews we read complained about noise from a bar, but we could not hear anything from our room and slept very well! Reccomending to everyone I can and will be staying here every time we come to Venice! Oh and also a beautil little pug you can meet! Thank you very much for our wonderful stay!! P.S this is not a paid review, we honestly just loved it so much!!"
