"Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer. Das Beste - Badezimmer und Betten. Noch nie so bequem und günstig kurz vor der Hauptsaison am Lago Maggiore übernachtet....

"We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, the air conditioning was welcome and refreshing (we were in Switzerland...

"The location was great. A bit of a walk uphill from Locarno, but the bus ran frequently and the trips were free with the Ticino ticket. The owners were simply amazing--super attentive and helpful and just the nicest people. We stayed on the top floor, with an amazing view. Just be aware the top floor has a shared toilet and shower between 5 rooms. Each room still has sinks however. It was never an issue, and the facilities were spotless. The provided breakfast and coffee were fantastic. Travel...
