"The hotel is good, staff is great and helpful, breakfast is good. It is tricky to find the hotel at first but you learn the way and then that's it. The surrounding area is busy; we did not have food close to the hotel but there are options. The manager helped us to find a driver for the city tours and he is great. The room is as in the pictures; a bit smaller that expected. There is a cafe/bar in the first floor, very convenient. "

The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. "We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected."
