"My husband and I had a lovely stay here while we completed several day hikes in Northern Corsica. The owners were wonderful hosts. We really appreciated the bounty they shared from the fruit and vegetable garden on the property. The view from the shared pool was amazing, and the patios were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. With a rental car, we found it easy to access multiple trailheads for hiking in Northern Corsica, from Losari to Vivario. We would definitely come back here!"

The bad points about the instructions and the gite were as follows: The map showing the location was inaccurate and we would never have looked into this industrial estate to find the countryside gite that we thought we had booked. "Peaceful, with beautiful mountain views all around, and a variety of birds to observe. We found this a perfect place to base ourselves with easy access to the many spectacular walks nearby. The university town of Corte, ten minutes drive away, has a pleasant atmosphere, quite different to the holiday resorts on the coast. "This little updated farmhouse was ideal for me and my husband. The owner was lovely, and even provided a bottle of their house made Rose and local cookies on arrival. It had everything we needed, and was run in an ecological way. The fireplace was a nice addition on a chilly, rainy evening when we arrived, but by the next day we were in the sunshine at the beach a few mins away. Very rural, but also close to nice restaurants and towns. Amazing stay!"

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartmenet. Pool, whirpool and other outside accessories were really great. There was a large kitchen inside and three nice bedrooms. "A €50 cleaning fee is requested on check-out unless visitors willing to clean property from top to bottom prior to check-out, this fee came as a disappointing suprise and wasnt advised in any communications from home and away, this fee should have been incorporated into property rental price.
