"Murugo had everything we needed. It is a great location, in an authentic Kigali neighbourhood. It has a beautiful garden to sit out in and a nice view. It was clean and comfortable. The employees were incredible: friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. David, the owner, seems to know everyone in Kigali, so there were often interesting people having drinks and dinner in the evenings. "This place is like home! I arrived there very early and they already let me check in, and offered a coffee. Everyone was super nice, helpful, I took one day city trip with Johny and learnt from him about the history and the Rwanda today. "When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."
