"This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef."

"The room was awesome. The breakfast is great with a ton of options and we'll prepared. The bar on the top floor was wonderful and inexpensive even when drinking cocktails. I recommend the dynamite rolls. The staff everywhere, especially the roof bar, we're very friendly and all over our service."

"I like that the hotel is already connected to Moa and it’s connected to the maison Mall. It’s very accessible to a lot of people and the staff were really helpful. we like that the breakfast buffet has a lot of options, but it still is Filipino staple food I just hope that next time the wifi would be better"
