"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. We paid the upgraded 1700.00 pesos to have an early check in and we were thrilled to be in our rooms at10am and not the scheduled 3pm. The “Kusina” restaurant was phenomenal and the food was fantastic for both lunch and breakfast. We will return again. Highly recommend the hotel, we stayed on the 5th floor executive suite and even though the price was a bit high the restaurant, atmosphere and available amenities were great with the staff being friendly and welcoming "
