"It was our 1st time in the city, busy and short, and their location is excellent. Front desk staff was very welcoming and corteous. They were tremendously helpful when our train got canceled. A convenient restaurant downstairs helped us a lot since we were jetleged, and we enjoyed the overall ambiance. "

"We stayed at Melia for 4 x nights to celebrate a birthday. Hotel looks fairly unassuming from the outside , but a warm welcome and cool temperature (it was hot when we were there) greets you . We loved the Level Room which has excellent views of the city from the 7th Floor . Staff were all super helpful and efficient, great breakfast every day and a Level Room gets access to the VIP lounge, with complementary snacks and drinks . An area that could be considered in respect of the lounge, maybe some music in the background, just to make a bit more atmospheric . Great hotel, would highly recommend. Chris and Anna (London) "
