"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night. "

"Initial access to property was difficult. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross.
