It is in an excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants, to catch public transportation, or rent bikes. "Idyllic houseboat property near city center. The outdoor space at this houseboat is to die for. Everything was very comfortable and clean, including the bathroom and shower. The bed in the living room is a Murphy bed and very comfortable. The master bedroom is gorgeous. We were able to screencast our Netflix/HBO onto the Samsung TVs. "

"We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building."
