Upon check in, the staff was rude. Because we booked through Expedia, and not through the Wyndham website, their demeanor changed. We asked for the VIP perks, and once again was told that because we booked through Expedia we were not eligible for an upgrade. We spoke to a supervisor who then told us if we wanted the upgrade it was 180 Euros. My husband paid because we were making a scene, it was embarrassing, and the staff made us feel as if the VIP perks were not eligible there.

Never again will we book with Wyndham. Snow storm closed the airport for 3 days A lot of cancelations...hotel refuses to refund a night we couldnt make it to the country to begin with. Absolutely poor customer service...they may have stole our money for the 3 rooms that night but never again will they have our business
