Great location for Central station and area, free coffee, Room clean, A/C was useful as Munich was 30 degrees, bed was comfortable, clean and good size.. At rear of hotel with no view but was away from the noise of the road.

The room was clean and larger than expected. It was a fairly standard-sized room, which was a pleasant surprise, as we had anticipated something much smaller. The room had air conditioning and a fridge, which were nice amenities. We didn't have the best view, but we booked a standard room, so that was to be expected. The lobby had a coffee machine offering cappuccinos and other coffee options, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a great stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation for getting around the city, as well as connections to the ICE train for travelling to other parts of Germany. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed!

The room air conditioning worked fine and was a big plus when I chose this location. The AC is new. They are updating all the rooms with great bathroom. The desk staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value on all accounts.

I encountered three staff on my one night visit, each of them were friendly, charming and helpful. I felt more enriched after my interactions with them than I did before. One was the cleaner, as I had turned up too early, she felt she should warn me that the floor might be damp because she had just cleaned it. We had no common language but she was so friendly and endearing. So guys thanks very much, for a friendly welcome.

Fantastic location! Close to grocery store, restaurants, train station, & everything else you might need. As a solo, female traveler safety is paramount & I felt very, very safe both in the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood even late at night. Large room and large bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff have great recommendations for dinner restaurants. Will definitely stay there again if I come to Munich.
