"Located in a great area for shopping, walkable distance to Munich landmarks and plenty of public transport options. The door people and room service staff were lovely. For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."
