"Clean apartment with many nice features (e.g, large dining table and excellent coffee maker). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt comfortable with my window open at night. With two bathrooms, the rental can easily accommodate a group of friends. Designed for people on the move, as there is not a living room for lounging. We loved mornings in the kitchen/dining room and the bedrooms are quite comfortable for sleeping. Great stay with a responsive manager to answer questions."

"The room was fine. We were not feeling well and it was rainy and cold for the 3 days we were there. So we stayed in the room most of the time. So many Arab ethnic shops and food stores in the area. We were hoping for more of a "German" experience."

"We had the best stay here! Centrally located near subway and train, this is a great rental. Tanja was very accommodating and accessible. She provided a pack and play for our 1 year old and was very helpful about the area. The apartment itself is big, comfortable, and quiet. It's in a larger apartment building but has a separate entrance. The bedrooms are separated so you can put the kids to bed in the back while staying up to watch TV, cook dinner, and enjoy your night. "Very comfortable spot in a great location with easy access to public transportation. If you request early check-in, don't assume that just because they processed your credit card it was accepted. We found that out the hard way after a 10-hour trans-Atlantic flight. It wasn't until I called them because there was no key that I got the email saying my request was denied."

"The information and photos that were posted on Expedia do not accurately represent the hotel in person. On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). Additionally, everything in the room is incredibly old and smelled like mildew. "

"A repair issue caused by the massive snowstorm prevented us from using the "Schw 3 Deluxe Apartment" apartment. Thankfully, the Owners had AK4-L available for us and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. AK4-L was good. The showers were hot with good pressure. Plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such, and all of the appliances worked. The radiators worked so well we had to turn all of them off, and the remaining one just barely...

This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware.
