"I can’t say enough great things about this resort, the property was so tranquil, relaxing and beautiful. The staff were exemplary. From our first greetings at the front desk, to the gentleman who brought and welcomed us to our room, to the lovely restaurant staff. I can’t say enough about this resort. My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and then made our way to Nusa Dua. We felt disappointed in Nusa Dua, because nothing could compare to our experience at the Ayung Resort. There is evident pride in the work these employees do at this resort. While the resort is isolated, coming from the business of Ubud Center, this resort was a tranquil oasis. "A true world-class luxury hotel, where staff remembers your name and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. As a local taxi driver put it, “they treat you like kings (and queens) in there.” We enjoyed our pool suite villa, and took advantage of the two excellent restaurants in the hotel, with Apertif one of the best in Ubud. Tip: don’t skip the welcome drinks at the Apertif bar, easily one of the best with old-world decor oozing speakeasy vibes. Daily free hotel activities for guests, golf carts taking you from your room to anywhere on hotel property, and stunning views morning and night make staying here a 10/10 vacation experience. "

"Staff very keen to please and food was beyond superb . Only issues are spa is nearly impossible to access unless you are super fit and inclinator not working , a rack for towels outside would be handy and the bathroom products did not live up to the quality of everything else "

Excellent range of facilities including a gym, swimming pool and taxi service as well as a range of complementary classes including yoga, Balinese dancing and balinese cooking. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area with a lot to see and do locally such as the art markets and the rice paddy walk. "

"Originally the front desk placed us near refurbishment. After we asked them to assist with construction noise while taking a nap, they immediately upgraded us to an incredible suite. Excellent customer service!"

"Great hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are big and clean. We loved their floating breakfast (it was beautiful!). The room service was 24 hrs, and their food was delicious. We also liked how the staff would drive us (in a golf cart) to our room, since it’s a far walk and uphill. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again."
