"The location of this property was perfect for our purposes, however, I don’t believe the home to be brand new as advertised, but it was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck, but wished it had a grill. It also would have been nice to have recommendations for where to pick up groceries or eat. "We were in town for the race with our 2 adult children. We have family in the area so the location was perfect. Communication from hosts, Ashley and Myo, was always very prompt. We walked to dinner downtown Noblesville one night and that was fun, too. It was a very comfortable stay."

The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. "Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."
