"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "

"This historic hotel dates back to the British Colonial era and still retains classic details. It is an oasis of park-like grounds, comfortable rooms, friendly attentive service and good food offerings. Of all these features what really makes it special is the staff. You feel welcome and important from the moment you enter until you check out. In our case the general manager went so far as to contact our next Oberoi hotel destination in Agra and ensure we received the same warm reception there. "

Don’t book this hotel is all false advertising

"This hotel is bad. To begin with its location is wrong, as originally shows that it is in the city center but is not actually very very far from the center. About an hour Uber. They change me for a breakfast that never happened because the kitchen was being renovated. No AC just a fan that only works with light in and sounds like a helicopter. Dirty and Staff always sleeping. "
