If I felt like it, I’d ask for refund based on room condition. But I didn’t feel like debating. Mgr should be checking rooms ; hallways; entrance for cleanliness and appearance. "

"House needs a little TLC but worked for our visit. Close to downtown Conway. Property Management company was very responsive including answering a text after 9 pm on night we checked in. they also volunteered to send cleaning crew back when my son thought he forgot something with a lot of sentimental value. Luckily, we found it before they had to send crew out."

"2nd time staying at this cabin. Other than broken toaster and drip in master bathroom shower, the cabin is great! If you are a light sleeper, there are railroad tracks nearby so you’ll hear some train noise. Some traffic noise too but nothing a sleep sounds app can’t remedy. Had a great stay."
