Everything about our stay was seamless, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Their warm welcome and genuine attentiveness made us feel incredibly valued. We had dinner at the Bianconi Restaurant, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. The wait staff were personable, engaging, and wonderfully interactive – they turned a great meal into a truly memorable dining experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cosy, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Parking was easy and convenient, which made our stay even more stress-free. "Loved our stay here. Hotel is much bigger than what meets the eye from the street (so they were able to accommodate our request for 2 separate beds. I think we essentially got a free upgrade). It's in a good central location, with everything within walking distance. Travel tips: Book a guided tour of Kilkenny Castle if you can. You get too see amazing parts that are not available during self-guided visits. Have dinner/drinks/listen to live music at Kyteler's Inn. It's a 700 year old pub, and has amazing history. Try their own Witch brew and come for music early, as seats are limited."
