"Great place to stay great location rooms were clean hotel. Staff was helpful each time we asked you have a nice area close to where you go to guest relations where you can hang out drink coffee would definitely come back again close to tram stops"

"Stayed here many time and it’s a very good quality stay that the Pullman in Basel offers. Try and get a room away from the Main Street as it does get noisy with the trams. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but it’s Switzerland so expected. Avoid the salmon at breakfast. Everywhere is clean and the staff have Swiss efficiency."
