"The location was central to all the places we wished to visit along the 2 lakes. We had a rental car so parking on premises was a bonus. The accommodation was roomy for the 5 adults in the family. The kitchen was well appointed so we could cook meals with groceries from the nearby COOP. The Interlaken discount card Monika provided saved us a few Euro in admission fees at several attractions. She was a hospitable and welcoming hostess. I highly recommend."

"Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"The view of the Lauterbrunnen valley is the most positive aspect of this chalet. The chalet is roomy. Lots of USB ports are available. The basics were provided in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were located in the basement and worked great. The outside patio was delightful. The chalet is not located in downtown Lauterbrunnen but quite a ways out of town. Thus, the chalet is quiet and very peaceful. The ceilings are very low and my 5’11 husband was constantly ducking. There is no bathroom...

"Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen"

"We came in the summer looking to hike in the area and it was great. We were there only a few day but wish we had a longer stay. Many hiking/biking trails. Sabrina is a wonderful host and very helpful. It is not a large house but the 3 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances worked and appear fairly new. "The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. I still do not understand why we had to leave cash for the tax and it wasn't billed through the VRBO system. Very inconvenient to have to...

"Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. "Chalet Milly was very comfortable and a well equipped chalet apartment. It made a great base to explore the beautiful walks in the Adelboden region and was only an hour from Grindelwald to walk the Eiger trail. The village had plenty places to eat and drink a a good sized CoOp to buy food for self catering. It was so nice that I would not hesitate to recommend it - bear in mind that Switzerland is pretty expensive though."

"The house is well situated for visiting the country via bus/train. Pascal gave us his advice on where to go & what to see, depending on the weather and/or crowds. I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this house is probably the cleanest I have had the pleasure to rent."

"We stayed here to visit friends who live in zweisimmen. The house is a 10 min walk to trains or the ski hill. We loved the skiing. My wife who doesn’t ski made day trips by train to nearby towns. We thought the price was fair. The only minor down side is the step access, 100 up or 120 down. We especially loved a fire at night. Zwieimmen is a jewel of a ski town."

"This place did not disappoint. The views are identical to the listing. The chalet is cozy and we felt right at home. We took advantage of the fondue sets and made an amazing dinner at home away from the crowded restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. I hope my family can return in the future!"
