Linda was very kind, communicative and helpful. At the same time she gave us privacy and was respectful of our space (as we were to hers). I didn't want to leave. Excellent stay!"

"We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. "The unit itself was very nice, well appointed and in a great location. It had everything we needed to cook and bake. The fresh loaf of local bread was a really nice surprise. At the time of our stay (May 2024) the staircase down to the unit was under construction. The only way down to the unit was a dangerous trail with wobbly steps. This was a challenging climb in and out, but with luggage, it was a nightmare."

The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. "My partner and I had a pleasant stay in the cottage which was private, clean, bright and comfortable, though dated and as we were told, will eventually be renovated. For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. "The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return."
