"Dated compared to the pictures. And didn't care for the fact the room service guy tried coming in at 830 to clean when check out wasn't till 11. Air conditioning wasn't very cool."

"Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean. It’s conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and attractions."

"Alex was awesome getting me checked in and settled after a long day of work and travel. Highly recommend!! Pool was relaxing, amenities were clean, room was luxurious, and enjoyable!"

"Amazing check in staff and front desk staff. Property was beautiful and the location was perfect"

"Would not recommend this hotel. The room set up is very awkward and poor. The queen rooms have 2 beds in an L-shape. Can only to the window shade, by climbing on the bed at the foot. The chain for the shade is at the head of the bed. There are no side tables. No desk or console to place items. No chair to sit in. There’s only one parking spot but there’s a parking garage that offers overnight parking in case you need another spot. The place also offers plenty of amenities like a gym, pool, and more. One...

"There is a roach problem I couldn’t even shower or use the bathroom"

"It started awful and kept improving. The room was hot and stinky when we first walked in so I complained. They knew of the situation and said when the room is un-occupied for a while the computer shuts off the AC. We turned on the AC and when we returned it smelled OK. It may cost a little bit and slightly hurt the environment but I would always have a room with AC running for an hour when a pre-paid guest is expected. The front desk people were both friendly and helpful when we had a question...
