Two out of three lights in the washroom are not working, the one that does is over the toilet, faucet is leaking water over the counter, shower door will NOT STAY closed - magnets rusted and NO towel racks left on the wall!"

I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip!
