"Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but were very happy with our stay. We did get a taxi back down to the train station when we left, and were charged 56ch. We thought this was very expensive for a relatively short journey that took much longer than it should have. "The hotel is close to the transportation hub and to the mall. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, well ventilated, and the sheets and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was okay. I wish there was hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers like me. We will definitely book again next time."
