"Was in Frankfurt for a conference. The location is super convenient and the stay and breakfast great! The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but now fridge. The area around the station is rough at night, making the hotel a great oasis to relax and rest. The parking is a hassle and expensive at the train station and a long way to carry suitcases. Will probably stay here again."

"Everything was exceptional at the hotel. However, I would change the instructions on how to get on the shuttle at terminal 2. It's very general. This resulted our family & another to be overlooked by the driver , resulting in a 20 minute extra wait time."
