"This location is a great place to stay for those who are exploring the Shawnee National Forest. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking the Gardens of the Gods. The house is located next to several great restaurants. 10/10 stay! "

"The cabin, location and owner were great during our Turkey hunting trip. We had plenty of room for ten guys. Owner was great and responded immediately when we reached out. Found out the owner also owns Shotgun Eddie’s, which had excellent food and cold drinks. We will be returning and would highly recomend. "

We were fortunate enough to stumble across this picturesque cabin that comfortably housed 5 of us. Everything about the place to welcoming and relaxing. The hosts did an excellent job making us feel welcome and make us want to come back for another trip. We planned this trip not knowing what the weather had in store for us. Even with the flooding, terrible thunderstorms and hail all around us, we made the bets of our trip! Hands down, we highly recommend this little retreat if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. "
