"Hotel is set in a beautiful location. West Bay Beach. We enjoy our morning coffee and typical breakfast each morning on the pier. The boardwalk is a bit weathered. Pool is small but refreshing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and simply furnished."

"The staff at Arca were wonderful and so attentive. The property is beautiful, it gives a vibe of jungle retreat with ocean views. The rooms are clean and modern with sliding doors for an indoor/outdoor experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The bartenders Jose and Ezra are the best in West Bay. If you are traveling to Roatan anytime soon and you are looking for a modern boutique hotel Arca would definitely be the perfect place to stay right on the beach and in walking distance of food, activities and shopping."

"First time visiting Roatan and I could not have been happier with the hotel selection. They provide you with everything you need. Any questions or things you need they help out with. Someone was always at the desk and welcoming. They also assisted a lot with making arrangements for activities and outings. Beach access was super easy and a quick walk, pool access even easier. Daily breakfast included was always great. If I were to come back to Roatan this is a hotel I would try and book a room into again."

"We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations. Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. The main road is not comfortably walkable, although we did do it a few nights for more variety. The front desk can also call taxis for you. The reef outside had some amazing snorkeling and was the highlight of the stay. We saw an octopus, 2 types of rays, jellyfish, squid, and countless fish species over the span of 5 days. Very few other hotels have set up here so we had the reef all to ourselves."
