Su horario es totalmente restrictivo e inflexible, la comunicación con él, difícil. No accedió a hacer el check in ni a una hora distinta ni al día siguiente. No pudimos alojarnos y perdimos el dinero. Se negó a cancelar la reserva para que nosotros pudieramos reclamar a nuestro seguro. Nos sentimos estafados."
